Listening Across America
Bill and Shari Burke are taking a cross-country journey from Klamath
Falls to Burlington, Vermont. They plan to take 2-3 months to make this trip,
collecting stories from ordinary Americans along the way. They will be trying
to discover some of the ways in which the current economic situation has changed
people’s lives and thinking, both in positive and difficult ways. They
are very interested in how communities and individuals of faith are responding
and how that response impacts their faith. They are calling this project "Listening
Across America," and will send us pictures of their journey
